Essay Teaching & Coaching

Introduction

Every individual who leads works and studies in schools emphasize on achieving quality and outstanding results in the end. This idea entails high levels of expertise and experience in the delivery of appropriate duties and responsibilities. The concepts of teaching and coaching dramatically focus on student learning for both academically and athletically. The school environments portray multiple challenges during the process of imparting knowledge for the learners. Such problems may hinder their reasonable progress if not well addressed. Therefore, as the research determines. “The teachers and coaches should collaboratively work together with the highest level of commitment to accelerate the level of success among the learners.” (Breeman et al., 2015). That being said, the data shows that the learning environment incorporates learners from different backgrounds ranging from academic to ethnic perspective. It is crucial to consider the existing learning differences displayed by such learners in a school set up to achieve the intended goals and objectives of education. Students and student-athletes portray some unique features concerning the issue if coaching and teaching, thus the need to focus on the creation of appropriate ways for addressing their needs and interests.

Relationship between Teaching and Coaching

Teaching and coaching share similar educational philosophies in the learning environment. As stated in “Foundations of America Education” (2017) the author states that, “Philosophical knowledge allows human beings to understand themselves and what they may wish to achieve in life.” (Webb & Metha, 2017). As the research shows, the author determines that sports programs and physical education in the school setting aimed at improving the overall knowledge of students towards themselves and the surrounding conditions. The approaches and strategies used in training adhere to the required guidelines agreed upon by the school administration. Therefore, the concepts mainly emphasize on the psychosocial, psychomotor, and cognition skills that intends to influence the knowledge of the learners. The best and outstanding teachers are also good coaches who affect the general performance of the learners in the school setting.

Also, both coaching and teaching focus on helping students learn any given skill or sharing of any knowledge in the school setting. These are the gifts that the instructors and coaches impart to their students, thus enabling them to succeed in whatever career they want to enroll in the future. In accordance with Pierce (2019) the research states that, “Both concepts emphasize on the appropriate means of interaction among the different individuals evident in the social environment.” (Pierce, Erickson & Dinu, 2019). That being said, the author would determine that individuals who have the abilities and skills to guide and direct others in the process of acquiring any crucial information are always aiming in the attainment of more significant results in the end. Coaching and teaching activities focus on the interests and needs of the learners. Individuals need first to teach the students concerning the given concept and observe their behavior to determine their comprehension levels. The constant assessment and evaluation play a key role in offering some relevant feedback that serves as a guide for the next step. The input allows both instructors to innovatively and creatively improvise on the appropriate strategies and approaches to reinforce the acquirement of the expected knowledge.

Educational Principles Concerning the Learner, Teacher, and School

In accordance with Pierce in an article in the “Journal of Applied Sport Psychology” (2019) the research states that, “Learners portray significant differences concerning the grasping or understanding of multiple concepts taught in the school environment. Such variations are mainly due to their varied learning abilities.” (Pierce, Erickson & Dinu, 2019). Therefore, the author is stating that coaches and teachers need to improvise some relevant teaching and learning resources to address such differences effectively. However, some learners may fail to perform effectively in public schools, making them opt for the continuation schools.

Continuation/Alternative Schools

These schools are meant to help learners who portray some levels of underperformance concerning the normal path of acquiring education. In accordance with, Sumbera (2017) In an article of “Model Continuation High Schools” the author of the research states that, “Alternative schools provide a wide range of teaching methods and philosophies. Some portray high levels of philosophical, scholarly, and political orientations.” (Sumbera, B. G. 2017). That being said, the data shows that, the schools offer a conducive learning environment for learners with special needs or gifted in any unique way. Their effectiveness is mainly due to the low ratios of the student to the teacher. This idea makes it possible for the teachers to have quiet time in managing all types of learners evident in the area. The low population of the learners makes it possible for teachers and administrators to experiment with different approaches of teaching and learning that will suit the individual differences of the learners. In the long run, they end up creatively and innovatively solve the educational challenges of the learners. Multiple factors make students opt for the continuation schools, for example, not showing up to class, failing to do the required classwork or homework and expulsion, or suspension of learners from the base level school. Firstly, students who fail to show up for traditional schools may decide to seek alternative means for acquiring education. This act is mainly due to their inability to cope up with the traditional forms of education evident in public schools. The teacher needs to do some follow-ups for these learners to determine their academic challenges and solve them properly. In the long run, they may end up feeling appreciated and recognized in the school environment, thus motivating them to work harder to be at the same level as their peers or cohorts.

Besides, failing to do the required classwork or homework may induce strict measures from the instructors, making them look for alternative systems of learning. Often such students reveal a particular aspect of ‘struggling’ in their academics. In accordance with Robinson (2019) in “Effectiveness of Alternative School Intervention” the author of the article states that, “The academic struggle may lead to late graduation or dropping out of schools.” (Robinson, N. 2019). Therefore, the author determines the research states that, their parents or guardians need to look for the most preferred system for acquiring education. The learners portray a teenage group that is vulnerable and requires quick involvement or decision to assist them before going off track. The schools address the expected individual differences to raise their level of comprehending the necessary information within the stipulated time. The teachers in such schools have the required level of expertise that enables them to understand the unique needs portrayed by the learners. This idea plays a vital role in the establishment of the appropriate learning resources to stimulate the whole process of acquiring education. Knowledge is powerful and can result in positive changes in the community that influences the overall growth and development of any given nation. Therefore, it is crucial to offer educational opportunities or services to all groups without any element of alienation or discrimination.

Also, the expulsion or suspension of learners from the base level school might make them opt for alternative schools. This issue is mainly due to the inability to comply with the strict rules and regulations evident in public schools. Therefore, they choose to do the learning from the less rigid or unstructured system of education. Behavior failure, among such students, makes them unable to adapt to the traditional method of instruction. This idea entails the behavioral or disciplinary issues portrayed by the learners. The alternative schools serve as the best option since they deal with distinct parameters compared to the traditional system of education. The parameters are learner-centered and attempt to offer solutions for the existing challenges. In another section accordance with Robinson (2019) in “Effectiveness of Alternative School Intervention” the research the author is implementing states, “The concerned individuals in any given nation must emphasize on the growth and development of these learning institutions.” (Robinson, N. 2019). The author then determines the data being shown by the entire society having to acquire education despite visible or observable weaknesses. Teenagers are a vulnerable group that requires close guidance and counseling to understand their needs and interests without harming anyone of them. The idea encourages the element of inclusivity that incorporates every other group.

However, the continuation students are at high risk of dropping out of school. Most of them are 16 years of age but lack the necessary skills in education. This idea makes them unable to be on the same academic level as their cohorts. In the long run, they end up not graduating due to the low credits evident in their scores. In an article in accordance with Robinson (2019) in “Effectiveness of Alternative School Intervention” the author determines that, “Some of them may end up leaving school forever if necessary, interventions are not done to bring them back to track.” (Robinson, N. 2019). Therefore, the research that is displayed shows that it is crucial to track their progress concerning their academic matters to make sure that they are always in line with the expectations. The constant assessments and evaluation measures play a crucial role in creating the necessary changes for decision making. The decisions should always emphasize on incorporating them in multiple activities similar to their cohorts to avoid any aspect of isolation from the other group. This idea will also guide the establishment of a conducive learning environment for all the available students. The ability of the instructors or the teachers to induce change should be a more significant point of focus to assist all the students without considering their academic skills.

Ways of Helping Students who have Trouble in High School

Students perform better when they are close to the teachers or instructors whom they trust. Higher levels of trust influence their loyalty towards the instructor, thus improving their comprehension abilities and skills. Therefore, the instructors need to show that they are willing and positive for the success of the learners. In the long run, this idea will increase their efforts towards attaining the most outstanding results. In accordance with Robinson (2019) in “Effectiveness of Alternative School Intervention” the author states that, “A sense of appreciation and recognition of their unique abilities make them believe in themselves. The idea enables them to set educational goals and objectives and improvise some appropriate strategies and approaches to achieving them.” (Robinson, N. 2019). Therefore, the data shows the setting of goals allows individuals to remain focused and be in line with the required rules and regulations of education. In so doing, they end up attaining what they planned within the stipulated time. Understanding the needs and interests of the learners enables an individual to improvise some appropriate strategies and approaches to addressing them. Teachers or instructors who fail to identify the academic abilities of the learners end up achieving poor results at the end of the term. Those results portray the ineffective methods used in the first place to impart the required knowledge to the learners in the school environment.

Besides, the provision of a flexible and well-structured learning environment plays a crucial role in influencing the general performance of the learners. In accordance with, Sumbera (2017) In an article of “Model Continuation High Schools” the author determines that, “Students need a conductive learning environment that maintains their stability and relaxation. The high levels of confidence enabled them to stay long in any given learning institution, thus facilitating uniformity and smooth progression from one grade to the other.” (Sumbera, B. G. 2017) Therefore, the data shows that in the long run, the instructors experience quite the time in meeting the needs and interests of the learners in the school setting. Conducive learning environments play a crucial role in the enhancement of the critical and innovative abilities of the students. Creative students can look for suitable approaches and strategies for solving their daily challenges experienced in the school environment. In so doing, such students experience rapid growth and development of the cognitive thinking that positively improves the comprehension abilities. This idea aid in the reduction of students going to the continuation schools due to the provision of what they need to succeed in their academics in the current school.

Also, the establishment of a positive relationship between the teachers and students improves the levels of interactions. In so doing, the student gains confidence in sharing their academic challenges without any aspect of fear. This idea allows the instructors to creatively address the challenges facing the learners by establishing proper ways of solving them. This culture influences the establishment of unity among the students and teachers, which eventually leads to the achievement of outstanding results. In accordance with Breeman (2015) In an article of “Journal of School Psychology” The author of the article demonstrates that, “Human beings are social creatures who acquire knowledge by learning from each other in the social environment.” (Breeman, L. D., Wubbels, 2015). That being said, the research states the little things are done by the teachers, for example, showing some care and knowing the names of the students, improve the sense of recognition that makes them work harder to meet their academic goals and objectives. Nurturing the growth and development of learners in different areas is one of the critical factors to influence the culture of commitment and determination towards success. Perseverance and dedication allow them to remain in line with the formulated goals and objectives despite the obstacles met on their way. Therefore, it is crucial to enhance positive relationships throughout the process of interactions among the teachers and the students.

The Concept of Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a renowned concept in the field of physical education, physical therapy, and athletic training. For instance, in an article in “Introduction to Kinesiology” the author states that, “This concept mainly studies the movement of human beings concerning the discipline of physical sciences.” (Hoffman, 2013). The research that is shown states, multiple individuals apply the knowledge to make their work a success, for example, coaches, athletic directors, physical therapists, and kinesiology professors. The life of human beings all over the globe involves a series of endless physical activities. People are always in motion concerning any event they are doing, for example, walking, running, lifting, leaning, grasping, throwing, pushing, moving, pulling, and among others. Physical activity is crucial for the normal function of the human body is mainly the nature of human beings to perform such activities. The department of kinesiology, that is, the physical education aid in the preparation of education coaches and teachers who portray high values to the issue of physical education. Learning of kinesiology might occur in three significant ways, that is, by performing or watching theoretical and professional knowledge. Playing and watching entail the direct experience or contact with physical activities. This process allows the coaches to instruct the student-athletes concerning the required physical exercises to advance and grow their skills. Theoretical knowledge entails the scholarly study of the multiple sources that offer explanations concerning this particular concept. This idea incorporates the numerous experiences in the sports laboratories in the reading of all the relevant sources about kinesiology. Professional knowledge entails the practical demonstration of the skill by helping others to gain the concept, for example, the student-athletes. The school coaches of pieces of training to the students through the provision of multiple exercises that influences the attainment of the required goals and objectives.

Athletic trainers, coaches, teachers, and exercise therapists develop an excellent knowledge base concerning physical activities through their involvement and experiences in such activities. In accordance with Siedentop (2012) in an article in “Introduction to Physical Education” the author demonstrates that, “Knowledge creates a basis for the professional foundation of the concept.” (Siedentop & Van der Mars, 2012). That being said, the research the authors displays shows that careful grounding of expertise plays a crucial role in influencing the systematic observation of the behaviors of students or clients concerning the idea of physical activities. Therefore, it is essential to adequately understand the curriculum of kinesiology to fully incorporate the disciple in the educational matters of the students. Kinesiologists mainly emphasize the high forms of energy associated with physical activities, for example, exercising. Lifting weight and running. All these movements utilize some profound amount of energy that always make the body muscles to move. However, kinesiology does not only include the physical exercises that use a high amount of energy. Other activities use a minimal amount of power, but they are also under the same concept, for example, bowling. Therefore, kinesiology can incorporate other physical activities apart from exercise and sport, for example, postural mechanisms, grasping characteristics of infants and body mechanics, and physiology of work.

Application of Kinesiology in Coaching

The discipline emphasizes the study of muscles. Therefore, the coaches need to apply this knowledge in learning about the physical activities of the athletes. This idea plays a crucial role in winning their trust since the coaches understand what they are doing. In a section in “Essential Sports Medicine” Clover, (2015) the author implements that, “Sports medicine allows for an adequate understanding of the relationship existing between multiple sports and muscle movement.” (Clover, J. 2015). Therefore, the research that is implemented shows that Physical education coaches and teachers always teach archery and bowling as a physical activity that utilizes a minimal amount of energy. The coaches may sometimes use their past experiences to demonstrate their understanding and technical know-how concerning the idea of kinesiology. This idea plays a vital role in the determination of their level of competence when coaching the student-athletes. Many people agree that experience is the best teacher that enables human beings to deliver the most outstanding results. Expertise is one of the critical factors that influence the achievement of an exceptional level of outcome. Student-athletes enjoy instructed by the qualified and experienced workforce who have got relevant and current knowledge concerning physical activities. This idea plays a crucial role in improving their trust and loyalty towards their trainers.

The development of physical fitness is a fundamental objective for each coach in the school environment. Sport education plays a crucial role in achieving such aims within the stipulated time. These skills assist the student-athletes in developing their social and personal behaviors, which in turn improves their levels of self-expression. In accordance to Murray (2018) In an article of “Foundations of Kinesiology” the author states that, “The development of such skills requires daily and consistency practice that significantly enhances the adaptability of the body towards a series of strenuous activities.” (Murray, Eldridge & Kohl, 2018). That being said, the research states that, young athletes require to undergo well planned and consistence pieces of training from their coaches to improve their levels of motor development. Competence is a significant factor of interest that always motivates the existing parties in achieving a great outcome in all of their activities.

There exists a significant relationship between physical activities and movement. The relationship influences the development of psychomotor skills of the human body. This idea leads to the positive development and growth of human happiness and growth. Therefore, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of this concept and effectively apply it to multiple areas for the betterment of the interests and needs of the learners. The idea also draws some essential knowledge from other disciplines, for example, physiology and psychology, and integrate them in the coaching process. Human beings mainly learn new information through constant practice. This idea makes them gain the required experience that improves their general performance in any given field.

The coaching process is prone to accidents. Therefore, student-athletes and coaches need to understand the activities of their muscles. This idea entails the establishment of appropriate workouts that relates to the muscles of the given sport. In an article written by Murray (2018) in “Foundations of Kinesiology” the author demonstrates that, “In the long run, there will be minimal cases of accidents associated with physical activities.” (Murray, Eldridge & Kohl, 2018). Therefore, the data implements that the process can become problematic when it is compulsory and routine for the student-athletes to perform such activities. This process eventually creates an unhealthy emotional dependence on physical activities. This idea is greatly discoursing many from indulging in the action for fear of becoming addicted to sports. Therefore, the coaches must control any aspect of physical activities or exercises to establish a healthy and robust student population in the school. Sports addiction may result in an emotional disturbance when not allowing the learners to participate in the physical exercises. Some athletes may portray some element of depression for failing to participate in any given running exercise. This issue may even end up affecting their relationships due to the decreased levels of self-esteem.

Almost every individual involved in physical activities displays a desire to improve in a given area of expertise. This idea enables them to perform actions faster and skillfully. Therefore, coaches and student-athletes need to expose them systematically to a variety of experiences that will enhance their abilities. A crucial sentence stated by Murray (2018) in “Foundations of Kinesiology” the author mentions that, “The skills enable them to perform any given activity without developing or experiencing any form of abnormalities that may affect their normal body functioning.” (Murray, Eldridge & Kohl, 2018). The data being displayed shows that in doing so, they end up achieving significant psychological and health benefits that influence the performance of multiple experiences. Coaches should always advise the student-athletes to adhere to the routine requirements if the program. This idea makes them remain focused and be in line with the required goals and objectives. In the long run, the group portrays high levels of commitment and determination for maintaining and improving the fitness of their bodies.

Application of Kinesiology in Teaching

Teachers or instructors concerned with the idea of physical education always offer some pieces of training to the learners concerning the performance of fundamental movements, for example, skipping, running, and hopping. Physical activity is very crucial in the educational sphere. In an article in accordance with Murray, (2018) “Foundations of Kinesiology” the author states that, “Education plays a vital role in the preservation of the cultural norms and the provision of necessary skills and knowledge for the progression of society” (Murray, Eldridge & Kohl, 2018). Therefore, the author determines that, Multiple phases of education apply the concept of physical activity, for example, eye movements during the process of reading and the movement of arm, finger, and wrist during the writing process. The events can even occur during the performance of vocational arts in the school environment. Therefore, teachers and the concerned authorities should always improve their ways of helping the students to understand the concept of kinesiology throughout their learning process better. This idea will play a key role in influencing the comprehension abilities of the students due to their active participation in physical activities. Physical exercises occur in multiple areas of education, thus the need to understand it and properly incorporate it into the daily activities in the school setting.

Adaptations of the Body Systems in the Maintenance of Equilibrium within the Body

The body systems can adapt to the changes evident in both the external and internal environments. In an article in “Essential Sports Medicine” (2015) the author implements that “it is essential to assess the pulse rates, blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature since they are crucial for the normal functioning of the human body.” (Clover, 2015). That being said, the research shows that teachers and athletes coaches need to be always prepared both in and out of the classroom since multiple incidences may happen that may affect the body function of the students. Therefore, it is essential to plan for the performance of physical exercises for the learners in a unique way. This idea allows the coaches to take control of all the assessment and evaluation measures for student-athletes without forgetting any critical stage. The whole process requires high levels of maturation and experience to reinforce the movements of the body.

Authorities who have limited knowledge concerning the physical needs of the students may end up threatening their lives. The learners may portray some inefficient and jerky movements during their first time of learning a given skill or technique of sports. Some instructors may forcefully make them learn about the method without considering their levels of experience or maturity. This idea may end up affecting their self-esteem if they fail to do as required by the instructor. Teachers and coaches need to consider taking the body progress of their learners as essential and keep the report for more natural future assessment and evaluation. An adequate understanding of the level of experience or expertise of learners in a particular area makes it easy for the establishment of appropriate strategies and approaches to advancing to the next level. The human body needs to undergo uniform changes to make it easier to adapt to any form of experience in the future. The vigorous exercises that do not consider the level of development of the body may end up negatively affecting the shape of the learners. It is crucial to offer training facilities that go in line with the level of the students. This idea plays a vital role in the establishment of a conducive environment that adheres to the needs and interests of the learners, thus leading to higher levels of success.

Demonstrating the Mental Foundations of Becoming a Leader

Leaders need to employ practical leadership qualities either in firms or schools to gain the loyalty of other members at the working places. In accordance with Valesky (2015) in “Organizational Behavior in Education” the author will determine that it states, “This idea influences the creation of trust and respect for every activity done by the leader.” (Valesky & Owens, 2015). Therefore, the data states that, mental foundations for the demonstration of an effective leader entails the creation of visionary leadership and adhering to useful leadership qualities for the teachers and coaches. Students and student — athletes alike will listen to higher authority as long as they have a sense of trust towards that individual. A number of coaches need to keep in mind that just because they are a coach and athletes need to do as they say that does not mean they could take advantage of that aspect. A way of gaining trust is just to be there for them as well as to work with them on aspects that they need to improve on.

Visionary Leadership

Vision entails the establishment of practical communication skills to induce commitment among the entire workforce. In an article of “The Principal” (2015) the author states that, “Visionary leaders are fully aware of what they want to achieve, and innovatively improvise some strategies to attain success.” (Ubben, 2017). In layman’s term the data the author implements is that, leaders adhere to the vision of the school. The actions always go in line with the expected outcome at the end of a specified period. Teachers and coaches with vision always motivate the learners towards attaining their academic goals and objectives. Individuals need to be clear about what they believe and what they want to achieve concerning the educational needs of the teacher to be effective visionary leaders. High levels of unity and collaboration with other parties evident in the working places explain a lot about these types of leaders. It is essential to enhance positive relationships with the people you are working with within any environment. The positive relationships involve the constant appreciation of each person towards the overall growth and development of the school. In the long run, this idea ends up motivating the entire workforce to improve their commitments and determination towards attaining the formulated objectives and goals.

Besides, this concept entails the incorporation of creative leadership strategies and approaches. Leaders should always make use of their intuitive and analytical mind for effective ways of decision making. The rapid growth of technology evident in the modern world leads to multiple changes in various fields. The changes in the field of education are very profound, ranging from the collection and interpretation of data concerning the educational progress of the learners. This idea requires educators and coaches at the topmost positions to creatively and innovatively to employ their skills to solve the existing challenges brought by the rapid growth of technology. The creative abilities allow the leaders to understand the body movements of the student-athletes and effectively address their needs and interests. In the long run, such students will have to succeed in their academic and curricular activities in the school environment.

Leadership Qualities for Teachers and Coaches

Every human being needs a teacher or a coach in whatever field or career they want to pursue. In a paragraph in “Educational Leadership” by Cunningham (2013) the author would determine that, “Teachers and coaches are role models that determine the students’ character and level of success in the future.” (Cordeiro & Cunningham, 2013). In other words, the author states that, many individuals relate and define coaching in terms of sports. However, in the field of education involves the ability to push thinking, inspire, support, and impact change to the students in the school setting. These people need to possess the relevant character traits that may result in the expected or predicted change. Coaching occurs in multiple distinct roles in the school environment that intends to improve both the student and the instruction process of the teachers. Coaches are team leaders who always portray a great ability to intervene and administer the necessary skills and knowledge to the concerned individuals. Coaches need to build positive relationships with the student-athletes to motivate them in pursuing their goals in cross country as well as track and field activities. The positive relationship influences the creation of high levels of respect and trust among the parties involved throughout the process of interaction. This idea plays a crucial role in nurturing the talents of the students by allowing them to express their fears and concerns without any limit.

In a paragraph in “Organizational Behavior in Education” (2015) the author mentions that, “Listening is one of the significant factors for the determination of active coaches in the school setting. As a coach, it is crucial to employ appropriate listening skills to enable giving the right feedback to all the multiple concerns raised.” (Valesky & Owens, 2015). That being said, the author determines that, coaching is mainly the modeling of skills that aid in building a strong relationship with the students and colleagues at the working places. In the school setting, coaches need to consider the abilities of the student-athletes and address them appropriately. This idea plays a crucial role in improving the overall success of such learners in various areas. This idea also emphasizes on the appropriate ways of demonstrating appreciation and celebrating the achievement of the learners in multiple fields. Some coaches may fail to consider the existing weakness of the learners concerning their physical activities. This idea makes them unable to provide appropriate techniques and approaches suitable for their body, causing them to perform poorly in athletes. The coaches should learn to accept any form of criticisms since they play a crucial role in influencing their growth and development in the field.

All educators have the ability and potential to take control of the leadership roles in the school environment. The tomorrow’s future of the learners is in the hands of the educators, thus the need to be always keen in all their duties and responsibilities. This idea entails the employment of multiple inspiring approaches and strategies without discriminating or alienating any given student based on the observable features. In a second paragraph in “Organizational Behavior in Education” (2015) the author states, “Teachers should grow and develop their abilities for effective communication that will enhance clarity in their information.” (Valesky & Owens, 2015). The data that is implemented portrays that, this idea allows them to reach a variety of students in multiple and distinct ways. Instructors need to be open to new concepts and ideas concerning the learning resources for the students. In so doing, they will develop their accommodative characteristics that always retain and absorb any form of information from the learners. This type of leadership skill plays a crucial role in impacting the general performance of the learners by making them achieve the formulated goals and objectives within the stipulated time. In the long run, students will have to develop self-driven skills that make them perform the assigned duties and responsibilities under minimal supervision.

Perhaps the most crucial trait for the educators or instructors believes in the power of education and students. Instructors who have got minimal beliefs in their students and the entire workforce end up facing multiple incidences of failure in the delivery of their duties and responsibilities. An article that was developed by Pierce, (2019) in “Journal of Applied Sport Psychology” the author states that, “It is essential to have faith in the people you are leading to positively motivate them towards the accomplishments of whatever they are doing.” (Pierce, Erickson & Dinu, 2019). The data that is displayed implements that, this idea plays a crucial role in improving the confidence and morale of others, thus making them have a passion for their education. Most people encounter numerous challenges throughout the whole process of acquiring knowledge. Therefore, they need to address their daily challenges in the school setting effectively. Teachers always guide and directs those individuals by giving the appropriate strategies and approaches to overcome such problems. In the long run, there exists a high level of independence since each person can learn and adapt to the existing conditions in the environment through the guide of the teacher. Effective leadership emphasizes the element of inclusivity that incorporate different groups of people in the same situation. This idea aid in the reduction of the high levels of discrimination and alienation of any given group from the existing social setup.

Effective teachers should always make decisions that consider the needs and interests of the learners. This idea allows them to identify the real challenges facing their students and improvise some suitable ways to overcome them without limiting any person. In an article mentioned in “Organizational Behavior in Education” by Valesky, (2015) the author states, “The process is one of the most crucial supportive cultures that consider the wellbeing of others in the social environment.” (Valesky & Owens, 2015). That being said, the author determines that the constant levels of empowerment enable all individuals to remain focused and be in line with the formulated goals and objectives. Time is a significant factor in determining the levels of success for individuals. People who like wasting a lot of time without any particular reason end up achieving little in all their activities. Therefore, the entire team must adhere to the appropriate techniques and strategies for time management. This idea will facilitate the quick accomplishment of the purposes within the shortest time possible. Time management skills enable incorporation of the useful planning tools that always emphasize on achieving greater and outstanding results. Time control every aspect of human life in the current social environment. It is necessary to implement any program that aims at offering directions and guidelines on how to manage time in the working environment.

Conclusion

In conclusion, both teaching and coaching mainly aim at achieving quality and outstanding results for the students. The process of obtaining the results requires significant levels of experience and experience in multiple fields. Unity is one of the vital factors that influence the cooperation among the different parties involved. Therefore, coaches and teachers or instructors need to collaborate effectively with each other in solving the challenges facing the learners in the school environment. The learning environment incorporates learners from different backgrounds ranging from academic to ethnic perspective. Also, the concept of kinesiology is one of the significant factors determining the success of student-athletes in sports education. Multiple individuals apply the knowledge to make their work a success, for example, coaches, athletic directors, physical therapists, and kinesiology professors. People are always in motion concerning any activity they are doing, for example, walking, running, lifting, leaning, grasping, throwing, pushing, moving, pulling, and among others. Physical activity is crucial for the normal function of the human body is mainly the nature of human beings to perform such activities. Students who may be unable to adapt to the public school should always opt for continuation schools to continue with their educational activities. Understanding this concept allows educators to effectively address the academic challenges facing this unique and exclusive group of students.
